Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:    Exchanges are accepted when the shoe size selected is wrong this happens as sizes & widths change with various styles.

The purchase will be exchanged or refunded within 10 days from date of shipping. This period of time will allow you to be sure it is the proper shoe for you.

All returned shoes must be in the original packaging & condition they were received in.

Customers must pay the costs of shipping on returned goods. There will be no COD's accepted on returns.

Any sale goods and special orders are considered to be a final sale. We will however except size changes.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do offer special orders on selected brands that we carry. Stock is being replenished on a weekly basis so we could be out of stock in your size, we will notify you by e-mail of the stock position & you may cancel your order if you wish.
